RV & Tent Site Charges:
Litter / debris > $50-$150 charge depending on severity
(Cigarette butts need to be placed in a disposable container and put in to the trash)
Damage to grounds or Adventure Trails equipment or property
$100 - $500 depending on severity
Repetitive violation of camping rules
an additional $50 - $100 each occurrence after warning has been given and possible refusal for permission to be on the grounds or return for camping.
Cabin / Lodge Charges:
Litter / debris > $25 an hour for our housekeeper to clean
Damage to grounds or Adventure Trails equipment or property
$100 - $500 depending on severity and an automatic removal from the grounds.
Repetitive violation of camping rules
additional $50 - $100 each occurrence after warning has been given
ANY evidence of smoking ANY substance inside lodge or cabins is subject to a $250 fine.
Stolen /Damaged Goods

> French Press / Coffee Maker $50 each
> Bath Towels $45 each

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund less $35 processing fee if cancelled 30 days before arrival.
No refund on deposit if cancelled between 8 - 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation 7 days or less, payment in full required with no refund.

PIGGY BACK Fee = $15 a night. 1 tent permitted per RV site

SITE RESERVATION = $250
WINTER STORAGE = $300 ($200 If paid before 11/25)
SEASONAL(E/W) = $2,000 PIF (Camper pays electric)
MONTHLY (Full hook up) = $550 a month (Camper pays electric)
CABINS
All cabins have different weekday / weekend per night rates and are up to date in Resnexus and Airbnb.
**MUST HAVE CARD ON FILE THAT WILL ACCRUE ADDITIONAL CHARGES OF UP TO $250 IF SITE & FIREPIT ARE NOT CLEAN & FREE OF LITTER / DEBRIS.
**EXCEPTION IF PAYING CASH, $200 SECURITY DEPOSIT (refundable upon check out) IS NECCESSARY.
LODGE
Overnight = $475 a night (can include a party IF early check in is available that day).
PARTY VENUES at the Lodge (no overnight guests)
$375 for 8 hours.
This includes set up and clean up time.
Party hours are 3pm – Midnight
Must be clean and out by midnight at the latest.
Sunday thru Thursday> All party noise must end by 1030pm.
Friday and Saturday > All party noise must end by midnight.
CLEAN UP POLICY FOR PARTY VENUE includes:
-All trash cleared from space and placed in trash bags.
-Countertops wiped down and any food / spills on floor cleaned up.
-All trash disposed of in proper waste dumpster by the office.
-1/2 total for is due upon booking as a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to secure your date.
ADVENTURE TRAILS CAMPING RULES
1. No weapons/firearms of any kind are permitted on property, even if you have a carry conceal permit. You are on privately owned property and any violators will be removed from our property immediately! If necessary, our local Logan County Sheriff will assist.
2. PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES WHEN OUTSIDE, NO EXCEPTIONS. You MUST clean up after your pet(s)! Violators will not be allowed back on grounds
3. All golf cart drivers must be 16 or older with a valid drivers' license. 5 miles an hour applies! NO GOLF CART IS ALLOWED IN THE GRASS OUTSIDE OF YOUR CAMP OR ON WOODED TRAILS!
4. All fishing is catch and release only. HAPPY CATCHING!
5. All bikes, scooters, and golf carts without lights must be parked at your campsite by dusk (8:30pm) whichever comes first.
6. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT AFTER DUSK EVERYWHERE ON THE CAMPGROUND FOR YOUR SAFETY.
7. Nothing is to be burned in your firepit except for firewood. If you do, there will be a charge of $100 for repairs and cleanup. (cans, cigarettes, plastic, etc..)

8. Adventure Trails is not responsible for any accidents or injuries to persons or personal property.
9.Please place all your trash inside the dumpster provided up front by the office to avoid drawing our local critters into the camp.
* DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUTSIDE!
Everything must fit inside a trash bag.
* No large debris is allowed inside the dumpster.
* Charges will apply to anything sitting beside the dumpster.
